Sur-Seal now offers prototypes using 3D printing technology.

3D printing helps you quickly fine-tune designs and cut weeks – even months – from your development schedule. Now you can test form, fit and function and explore as many design iterations as you like.

Material:  ABS Plastic.  Strong enough to test form, fit and function with 80% to 85% the strength of an injection-molded part.

Colors: White, blue, yellow, black, red or green. Custom colors available.

Build Size: 8.0” x 8.0” x 12.0”  Larger parts can made in pieces and assembled.

File Requirements: .STL, IGES, Pro-E, .PRT or any solid model file. 

Lead-Time: Depends on file size and requirements. Often same-day or next-day after receipt of file.
